The 385322K (“NEW STYLE” URF-V2 Bending Section Kit) should only be used on URF-V2 videoscopes that have been purchased new or were replaced by Olympus since their January 17, 2018 recall letter for Urgent Medical Device Removal Action. URF_V2 videoscopes that have been purchased new or were replaced under Olympus’ recall will contain a “2” or greater as the 3rd digit of the serial number. Only those videoscopes with a serial number where the 3rd digit is equal to or greater than a “2” should use this kit.
